Dr. Pracheta, Dr. Indranil, and the team developed a new semi-supervised learning algorithm, COVIDcon, for the potential diagnosis of COVID using X-ray and CT-Scan for the first time. They observed that their algorithm exhibited significantly improved performance compared to other state-of-the-art methods.
