Telerapp® is a U.S.-based teleradiology company providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers nationwide. We’re currently hiring an Operations Support Specialist to join our team, with a preference for candidates located in the Chicago area.
Role Overview
The Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across our teleradiology network. You will be the key point of contact between remote radiologists, client facilities, and internal departments—ensuring communication flows efficiently and workflows stay on track.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries and resolve operational issues with professionalism and urgency.

Monitor and optimize turnaround times for imaging reads and report delivery.

Facilitate effective communication between hospitals, clinics, radiologists, and IT teams.

Support new client onboarding and coordinate remote training for their facility.

Oversee and support the daily workflow of remote radiologists.

Work with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues impacting operations.

Manage radiologist scheduling across various U.S. time zones to ensure consistent service coverage.

Assist in onboarding new radiologists in collaboration with credentialing teams.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical office coordination, or a related field (teleradiology experience preferred)

Strong communication and multitasking skills, with a proactive, customer-focused attitude

Highly organized and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with platforms like PACS, RIS, or EMR (preferred)

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools

Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States

Location: Preference given to candidates located in Chicago areas for occasional in-person team collaboration or training (travel not frequent)
