About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer who can take complete ownership of building scalable enterprise-grade web and mobile applications from the ground up. You’ll work with our cross-functional team of designers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust and intuitive software solutions for clients across industries.
This role is fully remote, but you’ll be expected to be self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications (web + mobile) with scalable architecture.
- Build APIs and backend logic using modern frameworks (Node.js, Django, etc.).
- Develop responsive frontends using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Create cross-platform mobile apps using React Native or Flutter.
- Ensure application security, performance, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly features.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, payment gateways, and enterprise tools.
- Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and version control (Git).
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (AWS).
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
- Experience with React Native or Flutter for mobile app development.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and secure backend practices.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS), and deployment tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Indian or global enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with DevOps, microservices architecture, or serverless frameworks.
- Previous startup or SaaS product experience.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
